Acts 3:13

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus, whom you delivered up and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he was determined to let Him go.

Peter and John had just performed the miracle of healing a lame man (Acts 3:1-10), which was convincing evidence to the unbelieving nation that Jesus of Nazareth, whom they had rejected and crucified, is their Messiah and King. It was a proof that the rejected One, who had died on a cross and had been buried, had on rising the third day is now living in Heaven.

Furthermore, Jehovah, who the Jews acknowledged, the father of their prophets, had glorified His Son, Jesus Christ, the Messiah, whom they had killed. They were the children of the prophets, the natural heirs of the blessings which they had announced for Israel, as well as of the promises made to Abraham of a seed in whom all nations should be blessed. To them also in consequence, Jehovah, having raised up His servant Jesus, had sent him to bless them, by shedding his blood for them; the same applies for all people. (JN Darby).
