Current situation

A high pressure system sin the Bight extends a ridge over SA. The tail end of a cold front will brush the southeast of SA later Thursday. The high is forecast to move east on Friday to be southeast of Tasmania by Sunday.

Dry apart from possible isolated showers about the southern coasts and possible showers in the west. Areas of morning fog about the agricultural area. Maximum temperatures near to slightly below average about the southern agricultural area, grading to above average in the north and east. Southwest to southeasterly winds and locally fresh afternoon sea breezes. Northwest to southwesterly winds in the southeast.

Dry apart from possible isolated showers about the southern agricultural area and far southwest, clearing during the afternoon. Areas of morning fog about the agricultural area. Maximum temperatures below average about the agricultural area, grading to above average in the north. South to southeasterly winds and locally fresh afternoon sea breezes.

Dry apart from isolated showers about the southwest. Maximum temperatures below average about the southeast, grading to above average elsewhere. Generally southeast to northeasterly winds and locally fresh afternoon sea breezes.

05 Sunday

Areas of high cloud and possible isolated showers developing about western and southern agricultural areas. Sunny in the far north. Maximum temperatures above average. Northeasterly winds.
