A strong high pressure system near Tasmania is slowly moving east, reaching the Tasman Sea by tomorrow. A trough of low pressure lies across the northeast. Another trough moves into the far west late on Friday and continues across SA over the weekend.

Isolated showers and possible thunderstorms across the far northeast, with isolated showers extending south to the Flinders Ranges. East to southeasterly winds.

Patchy morning fog about the west and on and east of the ranges. Isolated showers east of around Coober Pedy, increasing to scattered showers about the northeast. Possible thunderstorms about the northeast and central districts. Maximum temperatures near average, tending slightly above average in the south. East to northeasterly winds.

Isolated showers east of around Coober Pedy. Possible thunderstorms about the far northeast. Maximum temperatures near average, tending slightly above average in the south. East to northeasterly winds.

15 Friday

Isolated showers, increasing to scattered showers about central districts. Possible thunderstorms about the North East Pastoral district. Maximum temperatures near average, tending slightly above average in the south. Northeast to northwesterly winds, ahead of a southerly change in the far west later.

16 Saturday

Isolated showers, increasing to scattered showers about central and eastern districts. Possible thunderstorms. Maximum temperatures near to below average. Northeast to northwesterly winds, ahead of a southerly change in the west reaching central districts in the afternoon and evening.
